This program is geared towards students with a comprehensive consistent yoga practice. Each applicant must complete an application. All students of yoga are encouraged to apply, regardless of physical limitations. An advanced asana practice is not a requirement of this program ... simply the desire to learn and your full commitment to the program!
Barbara has created and copyrighted her unique curriculum and integrated approach which provides a strong foundation in all of the eight limbs of yoga. Her caring way and ability to give individually to her students is a sought after gift. Her technique will grow your understanding, teaching abilities and spiritual depth from the first class.

Upon completion of Barbara's program, you are qualified to register as a yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance - "... the national education and support organization for yoga in the United States."
Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Program - 200 hour
Teacher Training is scheduled one weekend per month for six months. As part of the 200 hour certification, you will be required to attend one (additional) yoga class per week at Yoga Inspired. This is included in your sign-up. See "Classes and Workshops" This schedule promotes in-depth study while accommodating job, school and other personal commitments. Your dedication and 100% participation is required for this program.
